Also, whether mobile phones help in learning in academic schools. Students are allowed to use smartphones in secondary school but not in primary school. As when students come to secondary classes, they will be mature and are dedicated to their careers. So, that they know that they do not have to use mobile phones all the time because when children are in primary school, they easily get addicted to smartphones which degrade their performance in school, and they are not able to focus on their studies, the academic performance graph of students will also be fallen(Masiu, et al., 2018).

As mobile phones are very useful, they are providing several benefits to individuals as well as teachers in school while they are teaching in the school. There are several benefits the students get from the mobile phones in their school are such as receiving email reminders from teachers, creating short narrative stories, they can easily connecting remotely to school learning platforms, as well as using GPS to identify different locations, downloading and listening to podcasts as well. Mobile phones are spread around the world, but it has been determined that students are not allowed to use smartphones while studying in class, as it will distract their minds and their performance will also be affected. According to the many research studies, it has determined that there are several disadvantages of using mobile phones in education, and some schools have banned the use of mobile phones while studying. In terms of age, it has been determined that smartphones are not contributing to learning for students, but it has caused a distraction to their students(Lee, 2019).

It is very common for students that they lose their focus while studying if they are using their mobile phones because if any message or notification pops up on the mobile phone, then it leads to distraction and changing tabs in the laptops. According to the recent research, it has determined that students have made calls and text as well during their class, and the same study shows that students play games as well during their classes, and it is very easy for them to cheat in their examination while studying in their class. If students get bored during their class and do not get interested in their topic, then they generally take out their mobile phones for playing games in the classroom. If students have made their profiles on different social media platforms, that also distract them to check the notifications again and again, and not paying attention in their class.

Cyberbullying

Cyberbullying is very common in today’s world when students or teenagers are using smartphones when they are in school, generally, a group of boys target a group of girls or an individual girl and then continuously message them or call them to tease from another number or mobile phone so that their mobile phone is not able to get tracked. According to a recent research study, the information has been extracted that 33.8% of students have been bullied in their lifetime. Also, in schools cyberbullying has been easier for hackers or cybercriminals (Lee, 2019).

Negative Affect on their Physical Health

When students are using more smartphones at the age of school or playing outdoor games, they are using smartphones, then it leads to effects on their health as well as their weight also increases and leads to obesity, and it causes some diseases at a very young age. Cell phones are considered as bad for their students and some schools have set the rules that they are not allowed their students to use smartphones while studying in the classroom or while playing in the background because they are spending a lot of time on their mobile phones which is harmful to their health as well as their eyes (Onyema, et al., 2019).

Impact on Students’ Learning Experience

The learning of students has been experienced by students’ interactions with their students and teachers. Mobile phones are also popular in the world because the use of mobile penetration rate is 98.2% in August 2003, and the different services offered to students with the help of smartphones including enhanced messaging service, multimedia messaging service as well as SMS can also be sent and increase the performance of students in their classrooms. If students are using mobile phones during their classroom or in school, they will not be able to interact with their friends and teachers, and it will not enhance their learning as well. Therefore, the learning experience of students is not good while using smartphones in the school as they will spend time only on checking notifications on different social media platforms or spend time chatting with someone who is of no use for them (Legault, 2020).

In the end, it is concluded that only secondary class students are allowed to use smartphones in school, only the primary class students must be restricted to not using smartphones in school, as it will affect their performance. It is said that students must control the use of smartphones, and maintain the proper use as well as control, and students must not abuse their teachers while studying in school because they are their teachers and gurus who are providing them the knowledge, so it is essential to respect them. Using smartphones in school is beneficial for students as well as considered as a con for several students because for students who are coming from far will be helpful to use the smartphone for identifying the correct location as it will save their time. So, the answer is that to allow smartphones to students in school must be depending on their level of education, that if they are in primary school then they must be restricted to use mobile phones during school and while they are in secondary school, students allowed to use smartphones in school. Therefore, the rules must be set by the school for students that what purpose and for what time they are allowed to use smartphones during school. It will be easy for students as well to focus on their studies.

Chair selection for the event of Christmas is event chairs on which the white cloth will be worn out on the table and chair and cover all the chairs and tables by the white cloth.

There is the requirement of the 4 head chefs to guide the junior chef in the event to attend the event and give their best in the event to fulfill the company services and perfectly turn the event. As there is also required the assistant chef as they have to handle the other services in the event and make sure to get the better services in return for the company development and their better services will impact the company image and improve the company feedback. This is the important thing the company needs to do also, they need the bartenders to attend the beverages department as they need the 4 bartenders and this is the important thing to do to handle the beverages.
