The different laws around WHS are as follows:

The main aim of the WHS act is to maintain the safety at the workplace of the workers working there for the company and this is getting done by following some pre-given rules and regulations so that the risk at the workplace could be minimized not only but also the eliminate the potential risks which could be raise in the future.
The government is doing this to make sure that there is no casual behavior at the workplace and compromising with the safety measures can be avoided. And can provide the highest level of security to the workers (Bluff,2017).
Handout 2: Relevant WHS policy and procedures for the kitchen
This handout is about identifying the risk related to the kitchen area which could cause some serious injury to the worker and is having the potential risk of occurring in the workplace as follows
1 knife cut – because of not knowing the right way of using the different knives this could occur because of the lack of knowledge about the working utensils, etc.

5 crowded workplace risk – in this when there is too much business at the place will lead to putting extra pressure on the staff who is working in the kitchen area and involvement of too many people cause everyone in the is under pressure and that sometimes results in mistakes which could be avoided just by applying the right method or on training for how to handle such situation (Board,2021).
