SELF-EVALUATION

The Self-Evaluation is a valuable tool to make the student intern aware of their strengths and areas for improvement. In addition, by comparing their Self Evaluation to the Final Evaluation from the host company’s internship supervisor, it will highlight the differences between the student’s own perception of their behaviour and the perception retained of them by colleagues in the workplace. As per the evaluation, it is concluded that the Communication and interpersonal skills and relationship possessed are nice and show that the integration skills are good and have a good understanding of the task that is to be performed.

Just need to work a little bit on the synthesis of information.

Comments :

As per the overall performance that is evaluated through self-evaluation it is concluded that the performance that is presented in the attitude and behavior related to communication, team spirit, Curiosity, and problem-solving are really well and the level of integration and taking initiative in the activities in the organization are really good.

There is a little bit of a need to work on technical competency, rather than this the ability to deal with the responsibilities that are assigned is really good.
