|What is this assessment task about?||This assessment is a written questionnaire with a mix of objective and subjective questions.
The questionnaire is designed to meet the knowledge required to meet the unit requirements safely and effectively.
The questions focus on the knowledge evidence required for this unit of competency:

· business ethics and its application to leadership styles and the organisation’s mission, objectives and values

|To implement an operational plan, we need to define the vision or objectives related to the plan, after this, we need to review the small goals and break the budget, resources, and team according to them. And at last, put all this planning into action.
To implement strategies, we need to identify goals and key variables, then we need to engage the team, after this, we execute the plan and connect with everyone to confirm their work and at last conduct a retrospective.

Techniques that can be used to manage technical changes:
1) Planning – It refers to setting a plot for a change that has to be implemented; it defines all the activities that will take place during the process.
2) Honesty and transparency – An organization has to be honest with its employees and has to share the reasons behind it to maintain transparency within the organization.
3) Employee participation – It is necessary to involve employees in the change process, discuss with them and take necessary feedback.
