when the alternative menu was provided to the customers they were impressed with the varieties provided by the organization.

What was the customer feedback you received?

to the customer provided feedback that they were satisfied with the variety they have got and their kids were very happy to see their special menu.

What needs improvement or change (based on your observations and customer feedback)?

The improvement or change which can be made is that the customers can provide their feedback online as well and on-the-table feedback can be taken (Ferrari, et al., 2018).

How will policies and procedures have to be changed?

Policies and procedures will be changed after discussion with the team members or seniors.

the staff has improved their skills to interact with the customers. the interaction is done with them friendly and efficient as well.

some of the improvements which can be made are that more customer service representatives can be hired.

order from the customers was taken timely and their orders were also timely delivered to them.

the customers were satisfied with the environment and they also liked the dishes served to them.

some changes can be made in the furniture arrangements and the slow music can also be started in the background.

The training was effectively provided to the employees about customer service and most of the customers were happy with the staff gestures and their friendly nature.

All the staff members were very good at the services and they were very friendly in nature.

What needs improvement or change (based on your observations and customer feedback)?

based on the observations timely rewards and incentives must be provided to the staff to boost their morale.

How will policies and procedures have to be changed?
