The aim of this workplace assessment is to assess the learner’s practical knowledge and skills in:
- Assisting team members develop work goals.
- Facilitating access to personal and professional development activities.
- Using technology to prioritise work tasks.
- Identifying techniques to manage team health and wellbeing.
- Identifying development needs.
- Participating in personal and professional development activities.
This workplace project assessment requires you to:
- Develop and implement a plan for own personal and professional development.
- Manage personal and professional development of at least two other individuals.
This assessment is divided into six tasks:

Your assessor will observe you as you conduct a meeting with at least two team members and assist them in developing work goals, plans and activities.
You will be assessed on your practical skills to:

First, we will have to create a vision – This is the most important thing because it is very important for an organization to first visualize a vision organization so that the futuristic goals can be achieved accordingly. A company should visualize its targets, and profits and look for further improvement in the organization. It helps the company to make plans to achieve its goal.
Develop a plan – To achieve something it is very important to make a plan because it provides proper direction that a company has to follow throughout the process. It makes the process easier.
Timely track team progress – It is very important to track the progress of team members because if their performance will get affected then the performance of the company will also get affected.

Business plan – The main focus of bounce fitness is to generate attendance through advertisement, right now focusing on training, enhancement in health, and meeting the key objectives of the business (Hák, et al., 2016).
Strategic plan – the focus on attracting the invoice users of the internet by training and educating a loyal customer base.

Task trackers that are used in the workplace are as follows:
Trello is widely used in the company to recognize the tasks and performance of the employees, it is a very efficient task tracker tool. It provides a clean image of several projects that you need to track over time (Bhandari, et al., 2019).
Another tool that can be used to track the task is “The task app”. Launched by the Microsoft.
A user can access the tasks in the app on the left side of the team and can be used as a tab within the channel of individual teams (Colbert, et al., 2016).
It is a very nice tool because it helps to track multiple projects at the same time and provides a clear picture of progress, deadline, work duration, etc. It creates an efficient and productive work environment (Bhandari, et al., 2019).
