Change management strategy
Bounce fitness is a renowned fitness club chain situated in Australia that provides different types of fitness programs to its customers at reasonable prices so that everybody can easily afford them.
The motive of Bounce fitness is to provide fitness workouts to people of all ages so that everybody can sustain a healthy life (Lahtinen, et al., 2015).
Now the company wants to provide more different types of programs to its customers to attract customers of different ages like yoga, mindful activities, etc.
Objective
But now the organization is looking forward to expanding more and wants to establish it in every part of Australia and for this, the organization will provide some franchises and will open more clubs so that can come into the eyes of everybody.
For this, the organization is planning to compile with other health care businesses so that the company can attract more customers (Lahtinen, et al., 2015).
Changes that have to be made
And to achieve its aim the organization needs to make some changes in its management plan.
There is a need to recruit more skillful employees who can provide effective services to the customers.
In the organization, there is a need to implement a new system so that the storage of the necessary information can be done easily and there is a need to prepare an effective schedule in the organization so that the management process can be improved.
Rather than this, it is important for the leader to develop more effective leadership skills so that the organization can grow and for this, the organization will provide training to them.
And to make the functioning smoother the organization will establish a regular communication system (DAM, & DAM, 2021).
