Many risks need to be taken care of when it comes to controlling risks and hazards control. The identification is the first process by which we can start the process of risk management or control. Its purpose of it is to reduce workplace hazards and risks. The five common hazards that can occur are fire, explosion, electric shock, injuries, and other major accidents (Maranan, et al., 2020).

The staff should be prepared for the training at the behest of all. They should comply with it. Noncompliance can lead to problems that cause hazards and accidents in the workplace. This noncompliance can lead to several punishments. The new procedures will be beneficial for the employees.

The training was informative and helped improve the skills of the staff. They found it to be brief and concise.

Many risks need to be taken care of when it comes to controlling risks and hazards control. The identification is the first process by which we can start the process of risk management or control. Its purpose of it is to reduce workplace hazards and risks. The five common hazards that can occur are fire, explosion, electric shock, injuries, and other major accidents (Maranan, et al., 2020).

General opinion on the outcomes of the training

The staff should be prepared for the training at the behest of all. They should comply with it. Noncompliance can lead to problems that cause hazards and accidents in the workplace. This noncompliance can lead to several punishments. The new procedures will be beneficial for the employees.

Feedback from staff who participated in the training

The training was informative and helped improve the skills of the staff. They found it to be brief and concise.
