In the plan actions required to reduce the risk and the person involved in the implementation of the plan, resources required and timeline is mentioned.

3) Roles and responsibilities

Your business’ key people must understand their roles and responsibilities so that they can deal confidently with a crisis or disruption. Business continuity plans specify which key personnel is required to respond to disruptions. The company also integrated its site-failover WARP to replicate its mission-critical servers off-site.
