Findings
In the overall report we learn about the various things about the project which name is Gawler rail line project this projected is related to the rail link it is serving as a link between Salisbury and Gawler and the setting up of a new signal system. It helps to generate lots of employment for a project. The objective of these projects is, it aids to manage time and people’s time, deliver clear and green presentations this is a high-performance InterCitys, improve customer knowledge, the objective is to bring consistency and safety events in an actual way, inspire people to leave their bikes to care cars at home and select public transport This project is to deliver fast, safe, and more dependable services it helps to manage the peoples time and save it. Helps to generate employment offer them green performance and improve their experiences. Also, provide reliability and safety and take measures for it in an effective way. Their objective is to provide safe, fast, and good reliable services to the peoples. The entire project is done in the phase process or method to provide well service to the peoples it all the work are done in the step method them there is lots of confusion and there is a chance of accident and many more risks (Cox, 2015). So, the government chose the phase method to reduce the tension and provide the best services to the localities.
The entire work is done by the lend-lease company it is appointed as the head contractor for the Gawler project rail line project. It is a famous, development, and successful construction company that had done a lot of these kinds to work and give their successful, lend lease is a global company the overall budget of the project is $842M. After bidding lend Lease Company is selected to take the entire contract. Currently, it is engaged in many activities and this project is finally completed with all the hard work and efficiency in an effective way. The project is connected with various techniques there are no sub-contractor in the entire project. This project is very lengthy and done in the phase method because it may occur a lot of traffic which covers the accidental risk. lend lease is a very high-profile company who have lots of experience in site shopping. So, these are the different variations in the contract. It contains many issues regarding to the different aspects including political, geographical, and economical factors which affects the project in a different way. Then problems about the cost overrun and delays in the schedule because of some careless of some other issues the cost is overrun and the schedule are delayed because of it. Due to the poor site management, errors, and site manager are the reason or responsible for it (Thiel, et al., 2015)

Recommendations for the project
The project is really good it is so beneficial to the people of Australia according to my recommendation for these projects may have also had some issues about the various things like costing the main thing about the costing is they can do their costing method in a more effective way because there costing is raises more as compare to their estimation so they should properly take care of it and incurred their expenses in a more effective way. And focus on the costing perfect method like how to invest where or how much to invest and they should have a proper the site manager has to give best to the poor and concentrate on the project to give best to the project. Costing planning should be done effectively and the budget should be prepared in a good manner and the decision about the project designing are should be done in effective way.
Plan of cost incurring method
And for the time delay, they should focus on the proper time management they should check the working and inspect the site in effective way. They must have good time management processes. The project is delayed because of many reasons like inaccurate project estimates, errors in project designing, administration errors, and poor site management so they should follow a good method for its corrections and they can face the issues in a more effective way to serve their best to the to project. They should have a proper record of each everything and must have set time-related goals that this part should be done within this time-limited site manager has to give best to the poor and concentrate on the project to give best to the project.
