The two menu items which were less profitable were Bruschetta and Backed filled mushrooms. Both dishes were the least profitable and have the lowest popularity among the other dishes. To make these dishes popular there is a need to add some more colors to the dishes.

More variety can be added to the menu

The calories of per dishes had can be mentioned on the menu.

Question 3

To improve the profitability more colours can be added and improvement in taste can also be done.
