Reflective practices are the learning that we get from our experience. It is obtained from getting the correct observation about the situation that happened. This involves looking at our strategies that involve values, prejudices, and actions that are habitual. The reflective process that involves introspection of the events that had occurred is important to be recorded and noted. Reflection is different from just thinking about an experience where we go through the memories of a particular event knowingly or unknowingly without a genuine purpose. Hence, reflection is different from just thinking about an experience.
