|This assessment is a written questionnaire with a mix of objective and subjective questions.
The questionnaire is designed to meet the knowledge required to meet the unit requirements safely and effectively.
The questions focus on the knowledge evidence required for this unit of competency:

Strong communication and collaboration are helpful to make an effective learning environment. Trainung program must be conducted to make an effective learning environment.

How can you effectively lead a team of individuals to develop critical and creative thinking?
|A team could be lead effectively by making a good understanding with team members. Innovative techniques and strtaegies must be followed to develop creative and critical thinking. Brainstorimng session must be conducted to train different employees effectively and efficiently (Enciso, et al., 2017).
