Documentation
To mitigate workplace hazards, the Operations General Manager of MLC takes a meeting with the agents and other managers and discusses the plan regarding this and discuss the incidents that generally happen in the workplace. The manager would suggest corrective measures and actions to reduce these incidents. There is legislation about the safety and security of the employees working in MLC, which is discussed in the meeting. All the agents and managers should suggest updating the risk register to take a view of the hazards and incidents in the workplace.
