Assessment task 2

Case study 1

Question 1.

The reason for doing this is asked from Gleny. The duty is to explain to Bernie that she has to report to the supervisor. If that drug seems illegal, then it’s her responsibility to call their supervisor for the suggestions which include the actions to be taken. The medications are taken off the hand of Bernie since they are not safe.

Question 2.

The rest of the time is enjoyed with him by doing the activities he loves to do and related to his interest. The maximum time is given to Gleny.

Take the treatment if it oncologist advises that they will survive more after the treatment and take care of Gleny. The proper medical treatment is given to Gleny.

Question 3.

They demonstrate sensitivity and respect to Bernie, the personal care taker or aged care centre where Gleny gets proper care.  The time is spent with Gleny and makes him feel happy.

Question 4.

The confidentiality is maintained by not sharing this information with anyone. The care and help are also provided to Gleny for maintaining the confidentiality level (Wong, et al., 2015).

Case study 2

Question 1.

Mistreat of her money (Daigre, et al., 2015).

She is exposed in the way of her mental health and problem in an unkind way.

She abused her emotional, economically and physical sources (Daigre, et al., 2015).

Question 2.

The actions are needed to be taken are-

Checking the weight of the Gleny.

Concern to doctor and take treatment.

Ask for taking medicines on time.

Inform to care centre and appropriate person to help her and take care of.

Case study 3.

Question 1.

The main action is to report the problem. It is to be checked that the victims are alive or not. If the victim is alive the next action is to concern and talk to them. Then this is to be reported to Albert for his crime.

Question 2.

The psychological damage that Albert has caused to the school children is an extreme and intense emotional damage. This is the main reason for reporting as the victim in that period has to suffer a lot and a person who places this crime is worth of accept their crime are giving sake from justice (Farias et al.,  2019).

PART A

You are to prepare for a home visit, including discussing policies and procedures with your assessor.

Manager- good morning sir!

Assessor- good morning! Please come in.

Manager- Sir as per your instructions out team and managers work on the placement policy of our organization and understand the requirement of an upgrade to this policy.

Assessor- what do find in your research?

Manager- Sir our team has analysed many things that we need to discuss here the first thing is that our organization needed to upgrade the policy as per new legislation of the government, some rectifications are still needed. The major factors that needed to resolve are-

  1. The organization has to make the exact requirement of the organization department wise, managers and team leader have to inform the senior management about the required human force for the organization and extra employees in their department so that balance in the organization can be established.
  2. Managers are also suggested to organize regular training workshops in the organization on the level of their department. This can motivate the employees and will empower the organization. These training secessions will also improve the skills of the employees and establish a better relationship among them. Training will also increase the corporate culture as well as cooperation in the department.
  3. Training and placement manager will publish requirement advertisement in the newspaper to get attract required skills in the organization. Social media sites can be used to attract excellent skills and experienced employees.

  1. Placement in the college campus needed to communicate with different peoples of the society. It is a very excellent opportunity to develop good relationships with the reputed personals of the college and society. The student is seen as an envoy of the university by the involved institutions. Therefore, students are encouraged to demonstrate civility and good ethical character when communicating with external institutions. If any student is deemed to be in breach of the ethical code of ethics, he/she is responsible for being excluded from assignment help.
  2. Nobody can ever underestimate how important it is to have a good resume. First impressions count, and the first impression that a potential employer will have of a Bennett University Student is going to depend on how they present their resume. The importance of a LinkedIn profile can hardly be undermined. We will have professionals from LinkedIn come and guide students to create and improve their LinkedIn profiles via Rock your Profile session.
  3. Assessing students on skills that are important for the industry and suggesting an improvement plan will help with better placements. Connections for Better Opportunities jobs never fall from the sky! Every individual is supposed to work harder and make endless efforts to secure a high prospective job. Besides struggle and determination, networking is also important for better employment opportunities.

PART B

Identify yourself before entering each client’s home.

While entering into the client’s home firstly have to mention the cognitive and mobility and ability to do work including the team effort because it is somehow the identification of needs that’s should be needed at the time of arriving at the client’s home.

Explain the purpose of your visit and ensure each client gives their consent.

The purpose to visit the client home is to matter the business that regards to discuss the points of discussing regarding the business concern that what efforts shall be taken and what is the next level to be a concern for the growth of the business and before reaching out at the clients home first make it clear that will it be comfortable to discuss the things at the client’s home at the late time or at the normal time.

Show that you have a positive relationship with each client.

Communicate with the clients in a communication manner that will also be polite and in friendly nature that will rejoice and rejuvenate the nature of the client. Like, will take some of the point’s are-

  1. With respect and communication
  2. Business norms across the world
  3. Respectful Communication skills
  4. Avoid negativity
  5. Give some sort of booster
  6. don’t over criticize
  7. values other empathetic

Allow your clients the opportunity to express their issues or concerns about the visit or anything else, and address the issues.

Always try to listen to the client’s opinions and views on the other side whether you are in a higher position or at a lower management position maybe will get some rocket point in favor of the organization.

Engage appropriately with anyone else who may be in the client’s home.

Follow the instructions in each client’s care plan and as given by your supervisor.
