  1. Describe three systems and processes which facilitate continuous improvement within Discuss the relevance of each system or process to continuous improvement.

The three changes which facilitate the continuous improvement within the organization are planning and creating the plan for an identity for changes for the opportunities and improvements. Or to do the changes which are identified or implement this and do the studies to check and evaluate the changes and determine the changes are desired outcomes. It is an ongoing effort to make the changes in the product or improve the quality of the products and the services of the organization or the processes (Calvo-Mora, et al., 2015).

And it helps to improve productivity and leverage the existing assets to minimize the cost. AND ALSO improve the decision-making process. And improve the strategic planning.

Allowing participation in the reporting of the public.

Quality improves reliability, usability, customer experiences, and availability an,d customer services. Quality is really needed for effectiveness.
Sustainability Recognizes the finite environment

Financial and social resources

It Is a criterion that is needed to sustain the quality of the product and its sustainable production
Performance planning and management Help in preparing the transition

Allowing participation in the reporting of the public. Improve the performance of the employees.

It is really needed for resources and the employees and the system to align to meet their strategic objectives. It helps to make sure that the employees are doing effective work.

  1. Discuss two decision-making processes commonly used in a quality management/continuous improvement

Collect the information: the manager has to collect the information which is required from the different sources identify the decision and take actions. Identifies the decision and gathers the information and identify the weight of the alternative the evidence and choose best among them and take the best actions against it and reviews the decisions. Collective reasoning, data drove, approach listing and passive undecided (Di Vaio, et al., 2021).
