·         Issues that the company is facing: Worlducation is facing difficulties because of the wave of Covid-19 that because of the wave and after the government restriction the production slows downs as the production and their target of 20000 tablets, they only produce 500 tablets as per the schedule.

·         Scopes that are generated in the complex issues: In this situation, the scopes that are generated in this scenario are the creation of the second manufacturing facility and the third-party manufacturing outsourcing.
