About the business

This assessment requires that you develop technical requirements for at least three business solutions. Business solutions may be individual components of a larger solution required e.g. a hardware solution, a software solution and a network solution.

King Edward VII College which was established in 2010. it is based in Melbourne CBD which is offering a variety of many professional courses which are related to management like human resources, marketing, and many other courses. 500 students are already part of it. this college has great goodwill due to its fee structure and effective teaching technique, and facilities. the business dream is to establish two or more branches for its success. currently, businesses have 24 staff members including other employees.

Their objective is to provide the best quality of teaching and to satisfy customer needs. Businesses need a high level of security. They need a high communication method that Is effective which is very helpful in transferring the information they also need to review the ICT system in place of software, hardware, etc.

The business should have a proper clouds system so that the staff could access the data with their computer.

there must be a proper WIFI system so that students and staff do their work effectively without any problem.

the communication system is best to transfer the information across the three campuses.

Employers or managers have to ensure about the safety of the workplace and ensure that the all the equipment is safe and well maintained.

Complications if the business policies are too complicated then it’s hard to solve the business problem and lack of motivation, employee’s motivation also impacts the business-related solutions.

Organizations don’t have a proper cloud system. so that staff is able to access that work by their computers. There is a need for employees due to the opening of more campuses so there is a need for staff in multiple locations. and the WIFI system is slow and drop out. hardware and software are outdated.

There is a lack of diversity. and skills related to management

A business should have a well could system and the new technology related to hardware and software and effective. Effective business technology is very important to achieve it helps to a business must have updating software and have more hardware systems to manage all the work properly. and also, the fast WIFI system. proper ICT system must be there like extra and enough hardware and latest software and web site and the strong level security method is needed. if the company has effective technology then every work is gone be simple and easy to handle. effective hiring method and proper Wi-Fi system.

 All the issues really affect the business related to technology and hardware and software if the company has an outdated system then it surely affects the profitability of the business. and work facing so much problem in completing the work if a business wants to achieve its desire profit then surely, they have to develop their methods of working and invest in a more good system (Piotrowicz & Cuthbertson, 2014).

If the business changes its workings and techniques effectively then surely, they are able to maximize the profit and achieve its goals. Businesses have to first update their method of working to improve in their software and buy more hardware. then the hiring process should be done effectively.  then the remaining process should be done in an effective way to achieve the targets.

Costs  of the business solutions We have to do the costing according to the business budget and track the budget about benchmark which is against the business. we have to manage the cost which is variable.
Training needs and skill gaps that need to be addressed We have to commence with the business strategy, then we have to identify the needed roles for achieving the goal then we have to divide the different roles and skills of the employees then work on the analysis skills-Gap and then close the skill gap. provide motivation to employees and trained them so that their skill level is high.
Testing and validation that will occur. Then we have to make sure that the quality of the model and integrity is well maintained through the process of development.

2.5 TB space and 2.5 TB
