It also analyses and provides solutions for the needs of old customers in addition to approaching new customers. Companies also seek skilled and skilled managers to help business growth. Particularly small businesses with bad time and inefficiency are unable to claim time loss. Efficient time management has unrivalled advantages. Companies may better incorporate workers to exclude such claims when their job description includes touch. Barriers to effective communication can occur in an organisation or in a business transaction. Any challenge must be eliminated in order to encourage the workforce. 

Tasks and skills, knowledge and capacities required

I was working as the business management executive and I am responsible for the growth of the company. The primary role of me is to develop new targets and encourage products and services of the company or organisation. It should be able to find potential clients and boost the company’s industry creative strategies. As a Business Development Executive’s My key responsibilities include identifying and skilling business opportunities, understanding customer expectations and service needs, working with management to fulfil sales goals, developing strategies to enhance business sales. I was working in the retail organization and the term retail company refers to the basic format or system of a retail company designed to meet end-customer requirements.

As I was working as a Business management executive, I am familiar with the task. A business development executive task included such points are as follows-

  • Monitors other workers’ tasks.
  • Hiring, training and assessment of new staff.
  • Makes sure an organisation or agency is on course to achieve its financial objectives.
  • Reports directly to other managers or the director (Nesterak & Malinovska, 2017).
  • The team or current members are direct.

As I was working as a Business management executive, I am familiar with the skills, capabilities and knowledge which required fulfilling the task. As the employment market is very competitive, some additional skills, capabilities and knowledge are often a gain. In order to match the industry norm, companies recruit candidates with specialised credentials. Candidates who wish to apply as a business development Executive for a job will evaluate any of the skills provided below:-

Difficulties of the task and how I overcome them

Difficulties faced during the work

The difficulty which I was faced during my working is time management. It is overwhelming to classify the top priority tasks when most of their tasks involve the same engagement. The productivity level varies not only every day but also between people. While some people live up to their productivity when they wake up, others tend to show their full potential when the sun is set. One of the most common challenges to ambitious people is the misconception of the time and resources required for a particular project. They believe that they should always obey anything regardless of demand, and never leave something.

The difficulty which I was faced during my working is Communication. Though communication begins at the top, the message is often filtered down to spread the phrase through the use of grapevines. The lack of clarification generates discrepancies, and people begin to deduce significance and communicate false details. Investing in new technologies and systems but even in less technological fields is especially valid. It is convenient for people to communicate as they know others (Ustun, et. al., 2017). Listeners have little knowledge and avoid hearing as soon as this happens. The idea that everyone can interact effectively can be most damaging to effective workplace communication. I think some teammates lack communication skills and are unable to help others to talk. Many team members find it difficult to express their opinions, not all leaders, particularly in the face of more senior personnel and to make their sensitive involvement easier.

Strategies to overcome the difficulties

The control of time is how long I spend on those activities. Great time management can be done more in the short term by an employee, reducing tension and contributing to successful careers. Set goals that are practical and measurable and using the SMART approach to set goals. Essential targets are specific, observable, realistic, appropriate and timely. It is possible to focus and perform more efficiently on setting time limits for complete tasks. A small additional effort will also help me to decide the time I need to allocate for each task before it happens. Specify time limits for projects or activities included in the completion of the total project. The elimination of non-essential tasks/activities frees me from critical things more time (Yap, et. al., 2018).

Communication is one of the main social competences necessary for every individual to live in the world. Strong communication means that they not only convey their message to others, but remind them of their ideas and emotions. Contacts help people to handle their life tasks easily whether it is relatives, friends or colleagues. If they are nervous or emotionally exhausted, offer confused or out of sight symptoms and go into unhealthy behaviour patterns on their knees, they are more likely to misread. It is simple and concise, important for an efficient communication device. They have limited space and they are obliged to deal with it while communicating by email. They are forced to slow down if their thought is hand-written. It allows them to proceed more easily with what they really want to say. They will also see what they were thinking.

Theories and concepts: Causes of the difficulties

There are some causes which helps to understand the causes of time management and communication difficulties are as follows-

The organizational theory suggests that there is a poor management, communication and time management is affected by the organizational culture. This lack of leadership in the work enables negligent attitudes to be promoted. Employees in a culture where little is expected will most likely cut short on work. Workers often engage in repeated activities that do not provide time for important management tasks such as long-term planning and development. It demands that someone else’s successful delegation carries out a task that is actually part of their own job (Glas, 2018). Improper communication can frustrate employees and lead to miscommunication and distrust. If workers don’t have direct links with the management and feel unheard of, the company’s loyalty and commitment.

Emotional labour theories suggest that some people have difficulty concentrating and completing a task immediately. Instead, they try different things and thus do not accomplish the tasks effectively. Some people want to please others, so that when they are given a task, they feel so much pressure to postpone their work. The opinions of others on their work are too worried. This theory also suggest that Attitudes towards others in the community, whether sex, age, education, religion, education, education, etc. Finally ego issues are one of the biggest difficulties they see in leaders with poor communication. They cannot do or want to communicate effectively. If they do not realised the issues and they are looking for unique coaching’s or spend a lot of time with the young person, Ego poses some very challenging is as they faced issues in the time management and communication (Gamil & Rahman, 2017).

The theory of empowerment suggests that Some people tend to be so concerned with the advantages and disadvantages of choices that it is hard. This leads to many delays and inconsistent outcomes. This is a common cause of delay for those who have just started their career. The first thing staff are supposed to do is to carry out a very new project and don’t know how to handle it. The uncertainty about how to carry out the task and the results delay the start of the project. Crisis management is an expression used to describe the common problem of giving priority to and measures for unexpected events, interruptions or crises. They also have to react rapidly and contain this until a crisis becomes more affected. The problem is not the exception but the rule when crisis management comes up. Emergency dependence can easily be accomplished if crisis management becomes normal. All who are urgent prefer, and their employers are rewarded, to fire, to face problems and solve problems. They have no incentive to discourage or avoid the fires because they receive a payoff every time (Burchell, 2017).

The theory also suggests that there could be different cultures across the globe if two companies are combined or if different divisions are joined by an acquisition or alliance. A leader takes patience, values, aims, vision, plan and the ability to make team members realise how interdependent they are. This may not be their fault, and so they might be born. As a manager, their job is to find out if a generous benefit can be saved or needed. Despite their best efforts to set up untitled, some of which take them too seriously as they remains. The leader must foster a climate in which understanding and tolerance are the norm. It helps to face people sometimes so they can just tie up the way people interact.

Theories and concepts: Recommendations for change

A company’s culture decides the correct behaviour and encourages communication. This culture consists of shared beliefs and values that leaders develop and then transmit and reinforce through diverse strategies that ultimately form employee perceptions, behaviour and understanding. For a successful organisation it is important that a culture centred on a clear and popular gathering of ideas supported by policy and structure. In an organisation with a strong culture there are three aspects; Employees believe in the expected response and are mindful that they are honoured to demonstrate the company’s values (Mihai, 2017). Employees play a major part in preserving a strong culture, beginning with the recruitment and selection of candidates who share in the organization’s faith and prosperity, develop guidance, training and performance management programmes that define and strengthen the organization’s core values and ensure that employees who truly embody them are rewarded adequately.

A variety of influences have shaped organisational cultures, including creators, business needs and early principles, goals and assumptions. Culture is supported by attraction, new boarding, and leadership and company awards. By concentrating on the proper time management in their organisation, they can improve the productivity and communication of their employees, making decision making easier, more thoughtful, more acknowledgement and a better definition of their goals (Rodriguez-Zurrunero, et. al., 2019). The productivity and morality of workers can be different from the organisational cultures because of proper time management. Employees are now working hard to achieve organisational goals as part of their corporate climate. The productivity and time management of their employees may also be affected by different cultures in a company.

Emotional employees and labour work is the practise of manipulating feelings and gestures to meet the emotional requirements of a mission. Workers are particularly needed to manage their emotions in contacts with customers, colleagues and superiors. Emotional work within the business has largely negative results. Employees are suffering from workplace stress, depression, panic, mental disorder and anger.  Emotional work takes place in settings where people want to regulate their feelings without compensation (e.g., in their interactions with family and friends). Emotional work, compared to being traded and performed for wages, has an exchange value (Marzal, et. al., 2019).

The term emotional work was written by sociologist Arlie Hochschild in the influential book The Regulated Heart (1983). The word refers to a situation whereby a person’s feelings are handled by a working body to form the mind of the consumer. Emotional contagion is a phenomenon which directly causes similar emotions and behaviour in others by the emotions and behaviour and helps them to manage their time. If people unconsciously mimic their associates’ expressions of emotion, they are mirrored in their associates’ emotions.

Efficient employee empowerment can lead to higher customer response, innovation, greater employee engagement and satisfaction, less tension among employees, higher levels of qualifications and improved time management for managers. Effective time management ensures work is done on a daily basis. In reality, productive time management is far more important than efficient time consumption. Naturally, the best time managers are both reliable and effective (Lv, et. al., 2018).

The strong contact motivates their workforce more for effective communication. It also gives them a sense of ownership, community and duty. In particular, when the communications lines are open, employees feel comfortable with the ties. They enhance their inspiration in return. Effective communication not only improves recovery but also offers a better work environment for caregivers as it transparently and accessibly allows day-to-day activity and specifications. That means more motivated and empowered people. In successful communication it is important to establish positive links with teenagers, youth and adults. In building relationships with mutual understanding and respect a strong partnership that simplifies communication can be successful communication (Zhang, et. al.,  2018).

Conclusion

The above report concluded that excellent communication skills on the job are vital because they contribute to time and efficiency. The capacity for communicating makes it easier for staff to reach deadlines. This allows them to deal effectively with their time. The communications system should be understood to maximise productivity and open the doors for a variety of other possibilities. Good communication allows the staff to feel important, and also gives the organisation a positive result. Many workers even lament about the no longer communicative roles they have. It is easier for companies to incorporate staff, since touch is part of their job description, to avoid this form of complaint. Barriers to good communication may occur in an organisation or in a business transaction. All obstacles must be eliminated to inspire the workforce.

Time management is one of the most important skills, but it is also a term for many businesses and people. Particularly small businesses can no longer afford waste of time with bad time management and inefficiency. Successful time management’s benefits are unparalleled. Strong time management companies are in a good position to deliver their goods or services on a daily basis on time. Good time management also helps an organisation to deal with problems without having a significant impact on everyday operations. Time management refers to the effective time management to ensure that the correct time is allocated for the correct operation. Efficient time management allows people to assess the worth of specific event time slots. The best use of time means time management since time is always limited.
