Many new competitors are entering the market that also provides training related to health and fitness. due to this reason company want to rebrand their logo and t-shirt design to attract new customer or make a good position of the business in the market (Todor, 2014).
Procedures for Communicating Workplace Information 
There are some methods that the manager of the bounce fitness company uses to communicate the information to the internal stakeholder of the business such as

1. Conduct the formal meeting with the stakeholder and provide information related to business rebranding.

2. Manager can conduct the employee’s survey to ask for their feedback on the business decision or policies and procedures.

3. Manager can inform the stakeholder after introducing the new change in the organization.

4. Manager can conduct the training session to provide information related to the rebranding and training related to the new working procedure that employees follow to attract the customers.

According to the customer’s preference, the new design which is updated on the thirst is liked by them. They are happy with the t-shirt designed. To attract new customers regarding the shirt design various offers will be provided to the customers. So by communicating with the project team these issues have been resolved. Issue– there are no effort wellness programs to attract customers.

Respond to the stakeholder– after raising your issues the consultation was done with the fitness trainers of the bounce fitness. And they also agree on this. So for resolving this issue the fitness trainers have prepared various wellness programs for the different age groups. it will help to attract them. Various attractive discounts will be also provided to them. We’ll also hire dieticians and they will also help the customers to prepare their diet plan according to their programs. With the new brand of bounce, fitness customers will be able to reinforce our brand and cultivate the image of bounce fitness as long term wellness and health provider for the current and prospective customer.
